Upstate Animal Rescue Foundation of South Carolina welcomes you to our site.  Thank you for your interest in our organization.  Most of our animals are available for indoor adoption only.  This does not mean the animal must be indoors all the time.  We certainly understand that most dogs enjoy being outdoors part of the time, but feel that most dogs prefer to be inside and part of a family, as well.

ADOPTION EVENT will be held at PetSmart in Anderson, SC on Clemson Blvd on May 5th and 6th, 2013.  Volunteers needed.  Contact us if you can help!
